How To Make A Zrii Smoothie:
1 cup Yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
1 cup Blueberries (frozen)
3 oz Zrii
2 Tbsp Flax Seed
2 Tbsp Fish Oil (lemon or unflavored)
3 cups Water

Blend Blueberries and water into a puree, add flax seed, yogurt, and Zrii. Blend until smooth. Add more water to make it less thick. Pour into glass.
